Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster presentations are an excellent way to showcase your research visually and engage in interactive discussions. To help you prepare an effective poster, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Poster Preparation
  • Title: Keep the title identical to your submitted abstract (minor adjustments allowed).
  • Template: Please use the official Agros 2026 PPT template to design your poster, then save it as a PDF before submission. Download the Detailed Guidelines
  • Format: Posters must be submitted in PDF format (designed in PowerPoint – landscape or portrait orientation).
2. Poster Content
  • Display at the top: Title, Author(s), and Affiliation(s) (Font: Cambria, 18 pt, Bold).
  • Structure content with clear sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • Keep text concise and easy to read—use bullet points instead of long sentences.
  • Use 14 pt Cambria font for the main text, with proper spacing and contrast for readability.
  • Content must be in English only.
3. Visual Design
  • Use illustrations, graphs, and charts wherever possible—visuals are more effective than text.
  • Ensure all images are clear, colorful, and easy to understand.
  • Avoid watermarks or distracting backgrounds that reduce readability.
  • Use both UPPER- and lower-case letters (avoid all caps).
  • Only static images are allowed—no videos or animations.
4. Presentation at the Conference
  • Each poster presenter will be allotted a 10-minute slot to present their research.
  • A Q&A session will follow, allowing interaction with session chairs and attendees.
  • Be prepared to explain your visuals clearly and engage in scientific discussion.
