Oral Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations are a vital part of Agros 2026, providing an opportunity to share your research with a global audience of peers, experts, and innovators.
To help you deliver an engaging and professional presentation, please follow these guidelines:
1. Presentation Time
- Each presenter will be allotted 10–12 minutes for their talk, followed by 3–5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Please respect the time limit to ensure fairness to all speakers.
2. Structure of Presentation
- Begin with a clear introduction that outlines your objectives and the significance of your research.
- Present your methods and results in a logical, easy-to-follow manner.
- Conclude with key findings, implications, and future directions.
- Keep your storyline concise and focused to maximize impact.
3. Slide Preparation
- Use simple, uncluttered slides with limited text and supportive visuals.
- Choose readable fonts, contrasting colors, and clear headings.
- Use graphs, charts, and images to illustrate complex data clearly.
- Avoid overloading slides—your visuals should support, not replace, your talk.
- To ensure consistency, please use the official conference PPT template, available here:

4. Delivery Tips
- Rehearse your presentation to maintain a confident, steady pace.
- Speak clearly and avoid jargon to ensure accessibility for a diverse audience.
- Engage with your audience through eye contact (or camera focus for virtual attendees).
- Stay calm and confident during Q&A—answer questions briefly and to the point.
5. Technical Support
- Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF format.
- Please upload your final slides in advance via the submission portal or check in at the Speaker Desk at least 2 hours before your session.
- Technical staff will be available to assist with setup and troubleshooting.
6. Professional Courtesy
- Acknowledge collaborators, funding agencies, or institutions where appropriate.
- Keep to the allocated time so all presenters have an equal opportunity.
- Maintain a respectful and professional tone throughout your talk.
